Cooking in Nature
At Filsø Aktiv Naturferie, we want to make nature an active part of your stay and create experiences that bring people closer together and closer to their surroundings. That is why we are very flexible when it comes to activities and are happy to tailor the experiences to your wishes.
For example, you can enjoy cooking in nature, sharing meals around a campfire or going foraging with Stinne, who is a trained chef with a great passion for ingredients from nature and Nordic cuisine. It is a chance to learn more about edible plants, taste what nature has to offer and get inspiration for how to use these ingredients in your own cooking.
We have previously cooked over a campfire together with our guests, which has been a cosy and engaging activity that strengthens the sense of community while providing new knowledge and wonderful memories to take home.
